Today there were 14 out on Berni's undulating and scenic ride, from Richmond to Piercebridge. It was a cold day, with a strong northerly wind to do battle with, but plenty of early sunshine. After a sociable lunch at Sam Turners, our return journey was characterised by gathering cloud. The few spots of rain eventually became more persistent and those of us without mudguards and decent waterproofs wished we'd made alternative life choices!
