Caroline had organised a wonderful Christmas luncheon gathering of the Walking Section which was massively oversubscribed as it was at the ever popular Bay Horse in Ravensworth. The food was sublime and the company even better. We gathered at on the village green in the morning for a splendid circular walk lead by Linda which took yours truly on a footpath that I had never taken before and had our illustrious Chairman, Paul, saying it was one of his favourite walks in Swaledale for the views! Huge kudos to Caroline and Linda for organising this event and to Glenys for taking this action shot of Richard really getting into the Christmas swing! Sorry, I love a good pun!
