'Tati' Evening Ride

Tim, Alan, Tony and I were the full complement for this little jaunt, made against the backdrop of ever darkening skies as we sped round to beat sundown. Reluctantly, we departed from the Comet (of early season 'Comet Classic' Fame) but soon picked up a good pace on the road to Middleton Tyas and round the return leg of the loop past Dalton Gates, and the racing circuit. Alan kindly pointed out in advance where the barking dogs were, having inadvertedly ridden the route just days before. By speeding down the main road back to Croft, we just got back to the pub before dark .... and it was only 8.20pm !!
